ONLINE DOCTOR CONSULTATIONS:
- Cardholder is offered Unlimited General Physician consultations and 6 Free Specialist doctor consultations per annum. Any additional consultations will be arranged on a discount basis.
DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS (HOSPITAL VISIT):
- Cardholder is offered 6 Free Doctor Appointments per annum at any of the Network Hospitals/Clinics in India (4 General Physician & 2 Specialists). Any additional doctor appointments will be arranged on a discount basis as per the availability.
- Cardholder is offered One Free Eye Check-up and One Free Dental Check-up through exclusive network partners. Any additional consultations, follow-ups, investigations, procedures, or surgeries (if advised) will be arranged on a discount basis.
- Cardholder is offered assistance for Doctor / Paramedic home visits as per the network service providers availability in the applicable locations.

- Cardholder is offered upto 40% discount on diagnostic lab tests with free home sample collection as per the provider network (Min 10%).
